Refund policy

DELIVERY

All orders will be processed and packaged up for delivery within 24 hours of order placement.

All orders will be shipped via Evri, with a tracking service available on request. Please note that whilst we strive to deliver the very best service for our customers we do not control the experience once the package has left the warehouse. Therefore we politely remind you that we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery or any unforeseen circumstances the courier experiences once we've sent out the socks.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders in the UK over £60. 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any point before your order has been dispatched. Should you wish to return an item within 14 days of purchasing, please contact hello@spectaclesocks.co.uk and we will organize this for you. Please note that you will have to pay for a postage fee.

All returns must be received back to us in the same condition you received them. All tags must still be in place and the item should not have been worn. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred within the return of the item.

Your refund will be expected to be in the same account your order was placed within 14 days.
